What exactly is the The Get You in Shape Dallas and Coppell Boot Camp?

The Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camp is a four-week program that provides instruction on fitness and nutrition, with generous heapings of motivation and fun! Boot Camp is led by Dallas and Coppell’s world-class fitness instructor: Brad Linder. Brad is a certified fitness professional with years of experience helping over 893 Coppell and Dallas area residents.

Boot Camp consists of calisthenics, light running and body weight exercises. Small dumbbells, rocks, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls are also used. The goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle so your body burns twice as much fat.

NOTE: Ladies, do not worry you will not get bulky. Muscle is more compact and smaller than fat. Also, it’s much more shapely. Replacing fat with muscle will make you smaller, tighter and firmer your dress size will go down, not up!

What about bad or cold weather during the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp?

The Get You In Shape Fitness Boot Camp has both the amenities of working out outside but also understands that most people will not workout in the pouring rain. Paying for a class that makes you workout rain or shine and in the cold weather in the middle winter is NOT appealing to most people.

That is one of the many things that set this Fitness Boot Camp apart from others in the Dallas area. Get You In Shape takes the necessary steps to make sure we are under cover if it rains or inside somewhere near the park when is pouring rain. Other local outdoor boot camps also have to work out in the rain or in the cold during winter because they do not have access to facilities.

What about changing facilities during the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp?

All Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camps have restrooms for changing.

Just how many times will I get to workout with the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp and how long does it last?

The Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp class is a 4-week program that meets 3 times per week with 2 additional classes at our Coppell Location that are usually held on the middle Saturday’s of each 4 week camp.

Each Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp session is for one hour and we cover every fitness component from cardio endurance, strength training, agility, speed, balance and flexibility. It is called “Boot Camp” primarily because it is an outdoor fitness program that helps get you in shape. Get You In Shape’s trainers do NOT wear army gear, do NOT yell, but rather help encourage participants to reach their own fitness goals.

Who teaches the Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp?

The Get You In Shape Dallas and Coppell Fitness Boot Camp Team consists of highly professional certified trainers that are driven by YOUR success. You will be pushed to your own personal limits in all the activities. Our goal is to put each of our boot camp participants in a positive environment that will create motivation, encouragement, accountability, and inspiration. We pride ourselves on providing participants with the most effective exercises and techniques, but with safety and individual abilities being paramount. This is not your typical boot camp where the instructor wears fatigues and combat boots. EVERY LEVEL of fitness has participated from NEVER worked out before to spin instructors needing a boost.

How Will You Know What My Fitness Level Is?

Each boot camp participant will help the coaches and personal trainers by sharing their health and fitness background. The Get You in Shape Boot Camp starts with a consultation or orientation, assessment (where we take some measurements and ask you some questions about your lifestyle as it pertains to your fitness and medical history), and answer any questions you may have.

About the pre-camp measurements: What we watch and measure improves! That’s our motto here, and it will become yours, as well. It’s vital that we ascertain a baseline of where you are today, so that we can document how far you come in the 4 weeks. Nothing is as motivating as seeing your body change before your eyes. But since it occurs over a 4-week period, you can quickly forget where you were and how far you’ve come. So we establish the baseline for you with measurements and pictures. All the measurements and pictures are held in strict confidence and will never be shared without your consent. Although, I will tell you that most ladies are very eager to show the world their accomplishment!

The whole point is to measure your improvement over the 4 weeks so you can feed off that achievement and keep going strong! It’s not uncommon for you to see dramatic body fat reductions over just four weeks.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, here are the details:

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we will give you a full refund if you notify us at least one full week prior to your session start date.

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, and notify us less than one week prior to your session start date, we will provide you with a refund less $50.00 cancellation fee (because we are not able to give your spot to someone else at this late date).

If we are notified of your inability to attend after your session begins, we can give you a credit towards another boot camp at a later date.

100% Guarantee Policy – If you come to at least 12 sessions, turn in your nutritional journal, ask for help from the trainers, and still are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your money. Fortunately, we have never had anyone who has followed our outlined program, come to at least 12 sessions, turned in their nutritional journal, and was not not satisfied with our program.
