Workout of the day – Just be prepared for a great workout today
Winner of the 24 Day Challenge October Contest is Phil Hagan
Phil will get his next month of boot camp on us as this was a contest we did to celebrate our 3 years in Coppell.
Phil said this was a great jump start for him as he was able to stick to the plan and lose 18 pounds.
We will get a video testimony on how it went and how he did.

Susan Gonsalez got second place and will get her next month at 1/2 off.
You will also get to see her story but she lost close to 7 pounds in just 24 Days and was very happy with both the program and her results.
Off-Day Cardio this week – make sure you have a warm up and cool down every exersise.
Tuesday – 1 minute slow, 1 minute fast 30-45 minutes
Thursday - 5 min jump rope (or in place) 30 minutes at one pace
Saturday – Coppell Boot Camp 7am or 8am
